Current Training Plan

Due to a suspected stress fracture, I took a 6 month long break from running. Currently, I run 2 miles 2-3 times a week. I balance that out with 3-4 Zumba classes and 1 Group Fight class per week.
I'm planning on re-starting my Stronglifts program soon after taking an unintentional break.
